A Nominated by any Rotarian within the district, and signed by the President, or any Assistant Governor.
B The Awards Committee will select the most deserving candidates, .

Club President of the Year
A Nominated by the Club with the President’s knowledge, by Area Assistant Governor or by application from the President.

All nominated Presidents will receive a District Governors Citation for Excellence of Leadership.
Club of the Year
A Nominated by the Club President or Assistant Governor.

All nominated Clubs will receive the District Governors Citation for Excellence.
Fundraising Project of the Year
A Nominated by Club President or Assistant Governor.

Community Service Project of the Year
A Nominated by Club President or Assistant Governor

International Service Project of the Year
A Nominated by Club President or Assistant Governor
