Your Name:
Password:   (case sensitive)
You should enter your name in the form [nickname] [lastname], such as "Bob Cucinell" rather than "Robert Cucinell"

Your nickname should be used if you have one registered in the system, so David Sullivan would enter "Sully Sullivan" for his full name.

If there is no nickname in the system, then use your first name; for example, "Glen Nygreen"
