The Riverdale Rotary Club began in 1987 and is known as “The Little Club That Can and Does.” The club meets on the first and third Thursday of the month at 6:30 pm at Silhouette Restaurant. The club has a notable history with three Past District Governors and members who are greatly involved in Rotary. The club sponsors the Rotaract Club at Columbia University and is currently working on sponsoring another Rotaract Club and an Interact Club. The club is 100% EREY and all but two members are Paul Harris Fellows. Typically about 15 people attend the bi-monthly meeting. Dinner cost is $28 and guests are always welcome.
