Most of our districts are starting new innovative clubs.  This seminar will focus on what comes next to ensure their long-term success.  
 
 
The seminar begins with a panel discussion which includes leaders from three new clubs started in the past 3-4 years from our zone that have been very successful in growing their membership since being chartered.  These clubs include Roc City (Rochester), E-club of Heritage New York and Tri County (Vineland-Millville-Buena-Newfield), NJ.  They are very different types of clubs and have all been successful with growth.
 
The final topic will be a presentation on a new resource on Nurturing New Clubs developed by two zones on the west coast of the USA.  This resource provides specific recommendations on actions for clubs and districts to take early on in a club's lifecycle to ensure long-term success.
