Sunshine NY Rotary is proud to partner with the newly formed Rotary Club of Resilient Spirit on a meaningful clothing donation and distribution project supporting community members.
The project began on October 26, 2026, with Rotarians working together to donate and distribute clothing to individuals and families in need. Rather than being a one-day effort, this initiative will continue through the end of December, allowing us to extend our service and reach more people during the coming months.
As an e-club, Sunshine NY Rotary has the unique opportunity to carry out projects across our district and in the communities where our members live, work, and have connections. Our service is not limited by one physical meeting location. We believe Rotary happens wherever there is a need and wherever Rotarians are willing to step forward and serve.
We are especially pleased to work alongside the new Rotary Club of Resilient Spirit. Partnerships such as this provide an opportunity to strengthen fellowship, encourage a new club, and most importantly, work together to create meaningful community impact.
This clothing distribution project is another reminder that service does not always have to be complicated to make a difference. Sometimes, providing practical necessities with dignity and compassion can bring warmth, comfort, and hope to someone who needs it.
