As our Vision Statement says: Together, we see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change - across the globe, in our communities, and in ourselves. Those final words of our Vision Statement are at the heart of what it means to Create Lasting Impact. We often share how Rotary inspires lasting change in others, but we rarely discuss how it transforms us.

In this District Conference, I encourage you to consider how Rotary has changed your life. Reflect on your past achievements and your hopes for Rotary's future. Welcome different perspectives, opportunities to expand our reach, and ways in which we might forge exciting connections with partners around the world. Reaffirm your commitment to service and a polio-free world. Imagine how you can be better than your best and inspire those around you to do the same.
